Key responsibilities:
Key customer contact.
Chairing Exec board meeting.
Leading the Exec team.
Quickly getting to grips with the 2021 business plan and ensuring the business starts the year on track.
Delivery of a clear commercial road-map that ensures both the Exec and SLT understand how the business will hit it's ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years.
Essential experience for the successful applicant:
Private Equity experience.
Deep understanding of the UK cabling and overhead lines market.
Extensive knowledge of the Telecoms industry from both an Operational and Commercial perspective.
Strong technical knowledge of applicable contracting process, frameworks and bidding process.
Proven experience of identifying and resolving both implementation and execution challenges.
