Interim Transformation Director - French and/or German Speaking

We are currently seeking an Interim Transformation Director, who is fluent in either French and/or German. Please note - this is a critical requirement, therefore please only apply if you speak one or both of these languages.

The Interim Transformation Director will work on a regional basis - either France & Switzerland or Germany & Austria, depending on where you language skills lay. Your role will be to create a new company structure and target operating model, which will be sustainable long-term and allow the various parts of the business to collaborate more effectively. The project will involve a 'de-layering' of the current structure, with the implementations of a cost-out plan in order to make the running of the organisation more efficient and effective going forward.

Your background can be sector agnostic, however we do require individuals who have experience working in high-volume, low value, blue collar worker environments, with experience in labour relations and with highly unionised work forces. Experience working for a PE-backed organisation and/or in a Consultancy environment would be beneficial.
