HR Business Analyst/HR Data Manager (x2)

We are representing a market-leading FTSE 100 business who are looking for two HR Data Managers to join them as they embark on a global HR transformation programme. This will be one of the largest implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in the UK and will be a hugely complex piece of work. You will be responsible for managing our client's HR data globally while ensuring robust data governance and data standards are in place. Our client is partnering with an SI for the technical delivery, but you will act as a key point of communication and SME for all HR data related matters.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience working on a transformation programme with 'new age' HR Software eg SAP SuccessFactors, Workday HCM
- Experience working for a large company, ideally global
- Good understanding of data governance and standards, particularly in relation to employee, payroll, and HR data
Initially this role will be based fully remotely but once it is safe to do so, the expectation will be for members of the team to be in the Birmingham office four days per week.
