Description

• Management and development of a medium sized IS department
• Creating and delivering the 3 - 5 year IT / Technology Roadmap
• Co-Operative partnering with various 3rd party suppliers
• Running / co-ordinating the team through IT Audits
• Integration of innovative technology solutions and applications (ERP / CRM)
• Growing and training the IT team as per requirements of the business
• Executive and C-Suite stakeholder engagement and the ability to articulate on the IT / IS roadmap
• Project and Change Management experience to deliver various IS projects
• Operational Improvement and process efficiency mapping

Profile

• Must have demonstrable expertise working in an IT Leadership role - IT Director level
• Experience creating and delivering an IT Roadmap (3 - 5 years)
• Team leadership for Infrastructure, Applications, Development, Service teams as well as vendor management
• FCA experience massively sought after / FS Experience preferred
• Experience working in start-up / SME / PE backed company is beneficial
• Consistent career progression in IT Management positions
• Higher Education Certifications advantageous
