Divisional Finance Director - Construction

Hamilton Woods Executive Search is working with a FTSE 250 multi-faceted construction group with various Divisional Finance Director mandates. The group has certainly seen a significant increase in revenues and market share and is comfortably positioned to continue enjoying consistent growth. With plans to implement the next phases of expansion plans, we are looking to engage with commercial and operational Finance Directors to oversee and drive the growth of various large regions in the UK.

If you are a qualified Accountant (ideally ACA), with previous experience in a construction business, and are looking for the next exciting step in your career, this might be just the job for you.

As well as acting as the Finance Business Partner to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and leading all aspects of the financial strategy
• Leading a complex costing system, working closely with operations and sales leads
• Working capital management - through effective processes and gaining the buy-in from other departmental leads
• Statutory and financial reporting (UK GAAP)
