Interim CFO

Our client is a fast growing business in the TMT space.

As Interim CFO, reporting to the CEO, your key challenges will include:

• Partnering the CEO and shareholders through the next stage of growth
• Driving the finance team to provide high quality management information and analysis
• Ensuring effective financial control and continuous improvements
• Effective cash, debt and risk management
• Supporting all operational, commercial and strategic aspects of the business
• Providing recommendations to the board on projections, investment decisions and cost identification

The successful candidate will have the following profile:

• Proven experience as a standalone CFO in the Telecoms / Media / Technology space
• Experience adding value in a growing organisation
• Experience within a private equity backed organisation is useful
• A track record in transforming finance functions
• Analytical and commercial
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Hands on, operational, with strong all round financial skills

Start Date: December 2020 / January 2021

Duration: circa 6 to 9 months

Remuneration: circa £225,000 (pro rata) + bonus + benefits (or equivalent)
