Head of Marketing (f/m) Location: London

Your tasks:

• Build and develop a marketing team
• Contribute to building the brand
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan
• Work on a broad range of marketing activities e. g. online ads, social media, PR, co-branding, affiliate marketing, and other areas
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget as agreed with management
• Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and online conversion
• Manage external agencies
• Determine the appropriate metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar studies
• Several years professional marketing experience
• Experience with developing budgets and controlling costs
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to establish goals, objectives and priorities that communicate the organization's vision
• Ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong hands-on attitude
• Fluency in English
