Soha Housing are seeking to recruit a talented business transformation leader with a depth of IT & digital enabled business change delivery experience. With responsibility for IT, Communications and the leadership of active transformation delivery, the Head of Business Transformation will ensure Soha have the IT systems and business processes to enable residents to access services at times and places that suit them, and to enable staff to be data led in delivering services to residents in a seamless manner. As an integral part of the senior leadership team this exciting role will provide a fulcrum for the delivery of a truly customer centric digital strategy & operation.

The Role:

• As part of the senior leadership team you will bring strong, digital transformation and IT leadership skills, shaping and delivering all aspects of systems & process change and adoption across the organisation. 
• Lead the functional delivery of IT and transformation resources in the successful definition and execution of the new digital strategy. Establish a coherent, unified approach to transformation delivery, digital change and data led decision-making.
• A hands-on and involved business partner & delivery leader, capable of adding value at every level and operating as a bridge between IT, business service teams and transformation initiatives.  

The Person:

• A credible IT & change delivery leader, you will be highly articulate and effective ensuring that the organisation embraces business transformation; delivering enhanced services for customers and tools for better business operations. Experience in shaping & delivering customer focused digital services is vital.
• A hands-on, delivery orientated and involved leader of cross functional transformation teams, you will have highly developed people skills. You will bring a high energy approach to shaping and delivering the digital vision for Soha Housing.
• Engaging and delivery focused and passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes, you will be an advocate for change. You will operate across all levels of the organisation, to deliver change, continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
