Job Details
I am currently working with a large cap private equity backed insurance group. The client is looking to grow aggressively in the next 12 months and wants to add a Corporate Finance specialist to the team. The ideal candidate will be from an insurance background, with brokerage experience an added bonus.
You’ll be running full deal cycles for the business, project managing transactions from initial contact through to completion. This will include detailed financial modelling, identifying risks and how they’ll be managed, co-ordinating 100 day plans on acquisitions prior to completion, and actively managing the integration.
Requirements:
- ACA Qualified
- Insurance background is a must
- Experience with a similar role in industry
- Corporate Finance background
- Commercially focused and analytical mindset
