Head of Corporate Development / M&A – Remote Working – FTSE 250 International Infrastructure Leasing (recent successful IPO)

Arnold Ash have been retained to identify and attract a Head of Corporate Development / Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

The Head of Corporate Development / M&A must have:

• Strong experience in Sub Saharan Africa or similar emerging markets (LATAM).
• Recent experience working in a Heavy Industry / Infrastructure Heavy Client-Side Corporation rather than Advisory or Banking.
• Strong demonstrable experience in international business development and corporate mergers.
• The above must include Sourcing, Deal management, Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, Negotiation. Hands on autonomous role. 
• Experience working in a FTSE 250 equivalent organisation/public listed company.
• Knowledge / experience of Leasing agreements or ROI on Infrastructure Acquisition / Leaseback transactions.
