This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Customer Service Transformation Director to assist this SME business. The strategy for this business is to move from a high volume manual transactional environment to one that better utilises technology to provide a faster and better customer experience. This requires someone with a sound understanding of translating the operational needs of the business to the technology team. Currently, there are communication challenges between the operations, commercial and technology teams.
The suitable interim will meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience of working as an interim Customer Service Director
- Strong track record of delivering a business transformation, moving from a manual transactional environment through to a technology-led customer-first environment
- Strong people engagement skills
- Experience in both SME and large company environments
- Understanding of change management
