Job Details
Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of support services within its chosen sector, with a reputation for innovation and award-winning customer service. This highly diverse and complex organisation is seeking to appoint a commercially orientated Finance Director with the energy and drive to ensure the business remains relevant to its market, whilst expanding its proposition and national reach.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will ensure the financial and strategic integrity of the organisation through the enhancement of business planning, control and reporting to maximise efficiencies and opportunities for growth. You will provide the day-to-day line management for the finance department with a keen focus on cash flow, performance and project management and through the analysis of data designed to influence and inform.
You will be a qualified accountant with a wealth of strategic experience, ideally gained within a highly complex, customer centric environment. With a clear technical capability, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant of the challenges of managing the activities of busy finance department. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the business, to solve complex commercial challenges through deliverable and workable solutions.
