A hyper-growth, VC-backed D2C creative brand with a superb profile and backing is looking for a CFO to join the board to help the business scale-up. Growing at c.100% y-o-y, and expanding into the US and other international markets, with a really strong customer base and following, and a board that include experience with Notonthehighstreet.com, Treatwell and Deliveroo; the founders and VC investors are looking for someone to help bring the necessary financial rigour and infrastructure to the business; who can help mentor the founders and ensure a real data-led, analytical approach to strategic decision-making.
You will be a qualified accountant, ACA or equivalent, with experience in scale-up high-growth businesses with a strong focus on consumer/ creative/ D2C businesses, ideally in a omni-channel environment. You will have experience facing off to investors, and going through fundraising; and enjoy working with founders and in a creative environment.
