The Opportunity
A mid-market Private Equity house, with an excellent track record, is looking for an experienced CFO to lead the Due Diligence efforts on several technology / software businesses in their pipeline.
The Role
You will work very closely with the PE house and focus solely on the DD piece & will not be expected to source / integrate. You will do a consecutive deep dive into multiple businesses in the PE’s pipeline.
About You:
- Have led Due Diligence on multiple deals for Private Equity
- Preferably have technology / software exposure
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent (Ideally ACA)
