Interim Learning and OD Consultant
Our client a leading Central Government organisation are looking to hire an Interim Learning and Development Consultant for a period of at least 4 months.
The role will be to provide additional ballast to a small L&D team with a large agenda including early careers, leadership development, management development and enabling the organisation to learn. This will include developing a learning framework with commissioned or in house solutions and writing and preparing business cases at board level.
The successful candidate will be someone who has worked in a fast paced organisation where they are used to fixing things and creating new solutions at the same time and preference will be experience in leading a L&D team through a significant time of ambiguity.
