Finatal are currently partnering with a private equity backed Healthtech business based in Central London who are looking for a CFO on a permanent basis.
The business has been under private equity ownership for the last two years and has been experiencing exponential growth for the last 18 months.
They operate a remote patient monitoring platform, utilising wearable technology and with additional growth capital they are looking to expand their product offering.
The successful candidate will have experience within the Healthcare or Technology sectors, essentially backed by private equity.
Ideally the prospective candidate will have led on a full transaction cycle to either secondary equity or trade and completed bolt-on acquisitions throughout that journey.
