Job Ref 000844 - Head of Network Strategy 

For this exciting and crucial role within Citizens Advice you will take a proactive and strategic approach to supporting the development of the shape, capability and health of our network of local Citizens Advice.

You will build a strong understanding of the strategic challenges across the network. This includes managing needs from the network and working collaboratively to design and deliver short, medium-and long-term approaches to address these along with our strategic ambitions working extensively with the leadership of local Citizens Advice and teams across the organisation.

A strategic thinker, with the vision and capacity to think about the long term future, as well as the here and now, you will be an exceptional people manager bringing the best out of your team, ensuring efficient delivery and effective financial management.

You will be a strong collaborator and influencer and play a visible and influential role within the Citizens Advice service locally and nationally, our operations division and as part of our external stakeholder engagement.

With experience of providing strategic advice and delivering change in a complex and fast paced environment, and in designing and building high performing teams, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to influence, build stakeholder relationships and overcome barriers.

You will be an adaptable, accountable and ambitious individual, with the reach and impact to advance our services to deliver against our vision, mission and values at Citizens Advice.

The National Citizens Advice Operates from offices in England and Wales, with 5 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham, Leeds, and Liverpool, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
