Job description

I am currently looking for an Interim Head of IT or Associate (Deputy) IT Director to support and bring IT teams together for a merger programme, looking for someone with a proven track record and the following experience:-

Leadership and Management

• Leading Teams / Departments through periods of change (Bedfordshire)
• Point of Escalation for issues or challenges relating to staffing or technology,
• Making decisions and giving clear direction to service leads,
• Provide plan, support and approach to carry out decisions, escalate when necessary
• Monitor and provide progress updates across all key stakeholders including Execs / Trust Board

Finance:

• Proven Track record managing Revenue budget in line with service objectives
• Proven Track record managing capital Budget in line with technical deliverables against projects or programmes

Technical

• Practical Experience in at least 2 of the following Disciplines
  • Infrastructure
  • Development or Systems Integration
  • Dev-Ops
  • Applications
  • IT Service
  • Networking
  • Telecoms
  • Digital End Points (Desktops / Printers)
• Experience leading teams, designing solutions and delivering goals or objectives by applying practical knowledge across the areas outlined above

Experience with the Following Products or systems is preferable:

• Microsoft Suite including, Windows, Server, Exchange & Office 365 and Microsoft Licencing
• Clinical and Healthcare Applications
• IT Security, end points, AI, Perimeter, process, GDPR
• Procurement and government Procurement Frameworks
• Cloud Based products and Infrastructure
