Project Director, Residential Developer, South London, Up to £130,000 Basic Salary

Blayze Group are partnered will a leading 5* residential developer to be based on a scheme in South London which will encompass, upon completion, 1000+ units across blocks up to 25 stories, a car park and a small commercial space.

We are seeking an existing and proven Project Director with experience in comparable large scale RC frame schemes within London. The scheme is currently in the pre-construction phase with a view of being on site in the next few years. You will have the opportunity to have oversight of a scheme from inception to completion, while also building a team beneath you.

Key Skills:

• Proven track record at Project Director level
• Experience with comparable, large scale schemes
• RC frame, London experience
• Both pre-construction and on site experience
• Effective leadership skills
• Extensive experience at Director level.
