A leading consultancy is currently recruiting for an Insurance Auditor to join their Audit Division in the London office on a 12-month contract.

As an Insurance Auditor, you will be part of the international Audit team responsible for:

  • Leading, planning, performing and documenting internal audits in accordance with the global markets audit plan:
    • Planning - Performing process walkthroughs to identify the key activities, risks, and controls.
    • Risk Assessment - Applying risk and control concepts to assess control design and developing a test approach of the key controls.
    • Operational Effectiveness Testing -Testing the effectiveness of the key controls identified.
    • Documenting - Compiling clear and concise audit work papers and reports with conclusions that are supported by the work performed.
  • Liaison with business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation - producing relevant and concise meeting agendas, directing stakeholder interviews, and communicating complex information.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Extensive experience performing audits on insurance firms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

What the position can offer you in return:

  • The day rate on offer ranges between GBP400 - GBP600, depending on experience.
