Veeva CTMS Project Manager - Veeva, CTMS, Clinical, Vault

Our client, a global pharmaceutical business, plan to implement Veeva CTMS to replace their Legacy clinical trial management system. CTMS will sit within the Veeva Clinical Vault which is live today with the eTMF application and will need to interface to a number of non Veeva applications in the clinical space.

The CTMS PM will report into the Programme Lead and deliver the CTMS Vault and integrations to it.

They will coordinate the Tech activities to be delivered by Veeva, the Migration partner and the SI partner and work hand in hand with the Business project lead to deliver the application to plan and budget, ensuring the organisation can operate post separation and business disruption is avoided.

This will include:

• Project governance and reporting
• Project planning and sprint administration (sprint planning, administration of project plan and daily/weekly meetings, tracking of sprint velocity, running retrospectives etc)
• Risk management
• Resource management
• Budget management
• Oversight of: Application configuration, Data Migration, Validation & Change management, comms & training, Hypercare and handover to Support team

The project is to be delivered in sprints, adopting agile principles with a clear focus on delivering value. Ideally candidate will have experience of:

• Veeva Vault
• Clinical Trial processes
• Large scale data migration
• Validated environment
• Agile delivery - scrum master training/experience
