Divisional Finance Director

Our retained client is a leading media group.

Reporting to the Group CFO, key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with the Board and Senior Executive members, supporting all commercial and operational decisions, in key business areas
• As part of the Finance leadership team, working with the CFO to help deliver the financial strategy of the business
• Developing short and long term financial plans, setting and assessing KPIs, and helping the business to achieve its objectives
• Leading a finance team of 15-20 staff
• Maintaining the highest level of financial management and controls to support the business – including budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Participating in key projects, potentially including M&A, supplier negotiations, strategic reviews and business development plans

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with a proven track record of career progression in a large, dynamic organisation
• Proven experience as a commercial finance director
• Business partnering relationships at board level
• Media or advertising experience an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
• A track record of driving change, improvement and challenge

Location: London

Salary: up to £180,000 + bonus + benefits (No LTIP)
