Bridges Outcomes Partnerships is a not-for-profit social enterprise that specialises in the design and delivery of outcomes-based Government contracts, in partnership with impact-driven organisations and public sector commissioners.

We work with commissioners and providers to design the project, provide the working capital necessary to deliver the service, and support the delivery teams to optimise results – with a focus on agile, data-driven decision-making. 

We do this across the following policy areas:

  • Family Therapy
  • Schools
  • Fostering & Adoption
  • Support for Vulnerable Women 
  • Health, Wellbeing and Independence
  • Homelessness Prevention
  • Rough Sleepers
  • Young People, Education, Employment and Housing

We are now seeking a Programme Director for the Single Homelessness Prevention Service (SHPS). Single people are more at risk of homelessness since councils prioritise couples and those with children, leaving single people to fend for themselves unless they are in priority need.

SHPS combines direct support and navigation to other local support services, it supports the beneficiary directly to prevent or relieve homelessness, providing advice around benefits, discretionary housing payments, basic legal issues, tenancy agreements etc as well as helping them to access more specialist support where needed.

Reporting to the Chair, you will have overall responsibility for the successful performance of this critical programme. Ensuring we are delivering positive change and impact in service delivery, we are looking for an innovative and creative leader to join us. You may not have a housing/homelessness background but you will understand social exclusion. We need someone who is good at engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, removing blockers and building partnerships. It is important that you get the idea of outcomes contracting and are excited about the potential they have to deliver real life-changing impact.
