The Opportunity

I am currently recruiting a Finance Director for an ambitious, high growth, PE backed business based in South Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing Senior Leadership Team and help to shape and drive the direction of the business.

My client is looking for a candidate with the drive and entrepreneurial flair to help them achieve their growth ambitions. There is a long-term opportunity to move into the Managing Director position to enable the Founder of the business to step back from the day to day. This is a rare and exciting opportunity in the current market and presents real wealth generation potential for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Part of the Senior Leadership team responsible for driving & shaping the future strategic direction of the business
• Full responsibility for the Financial Management of the business
• Lead and develop the finance function
• Ownership and management of investor relations
• Act as a day to day business partner to the Founder/Managing Director
• Responsible for Board committee reporting, financial accounting, management accounting, and treasury
• Develop and provide management information to aid decision support of the business

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Multi-site financial management experience
• Investor relations experience
• PE experience useful but not essential
