Change Manager (people benefits) - Digital transformation London
Our Exceptional client is looking for a Change Benefits Manager to manage the benefits Realisation Framework through monitoring and digital change, managing the people side of change, raising awareness of the benefits unlocked and realised as a result of a major digital transformation project
*immediate interviews remote role initially.
You will lead on managing digital transformation change across the business and supply chain to ensure successful implementation of the Digital Engineering strategy including; people side of change, understanding the impacts of required changes, embedding new ways of working and defining and managing the benefits to be realised by the business through benefits realisation framework and reporting against efficiency challenges and industry benchmarks.
*Public sector experience highly desirable*

large scale complex digital transformation experience
Organisational change (including approaches, tools and methodologies)
Stakeholder Management, with proven ability to influence change at all levels
Impact Planning
Benefits Realisation definition and management, including relevant techniques and tools
Cost Benefits analysis methods, including qualitative and quantitative information
Knowledge:
Knowledge of large scale complex digital transformation programmes - preferably in the Public Sector
Managing complex and disparate stakeholder groups, including contractual/commercial relationships
Up- to -date knowledge of Benefits Management best practice and methodologies
Up-to-date knowledge of Change Management best practice and methodologies
Knowledge of cultural shift and organisational readiness management
Change Management qualification (eg .PROSCI- APMG)
Benefits management qualification
Type of experience:
Track record of delivering programme benefits in large, complex organisations with multiple and ever-changing business requirements areas
Experience in influencing key stakeholders
Experience in leading and managing multiple strands of change together to achieve a significant shift in business improvements
Experience developing and using performance measures and reporting tools to drive implementation and benefits realisation
Experience developing change and benefits strategies, plans, procedures and guidance documentation
Provision of expert advice and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders and functions to identify opportunities, blockers and challenges to digital transformation
