The Director of Strategic Operations will serve as a key resource in Operations, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative process and procedures, Responsible for assisting in process improvement and risk mitigation strategies across the organisation.

You will be working in partnership with the Production Director for the manufacturing group to develop and implement plans to expand their commercial activity, To contribute as part of the development and senior management teams in the formulation of strategies, policies and procedures,

This is a Construction Business with a focus on Design for Manufacture and Assembly, this role is new and an extension to the senior management team and as such the role for the right person will write itself (hence not to many 'we want')
