To support the delivery of Diversity’s ambitious strategic plan, the time is now right to appoint an experienced and client centric Commercial Director with a track record of success. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of the international B2B services sector and/or travel market combined with experience of developing and leading commercial strategies.

The incoming Commercial Director will be tasked with reviewing the strategy and driving new ideas and growth in existing markets, they will take a proactive, forward looking view of new markets and strategic opportunities.

Leading a talented sales & marketing team you will report directly to the Managing Director. As a member of the Board you will together steer the business through its next ambitious phase of growth and development.
