With an impressive track record of growth, innovation, and award-winning service excellence, this highly diverse and complex organisation is seeking to appoint a commercially orientated Finance Director, with the ambition to ensure the business remains relevant to its market, whilst expanding its proposition nationally.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the finance strategy with the capacity to ensure the financial integrity of the organisation through enhanced business planning, financial control, and Group reporting, to maximise efficiencies and opportunities for growth. You will provide the day-to-day line management for the finance function with a particular focus on capital expenditure, cash flow, investments, taxation, and the analysis of management information to maintain the organisation’s financial sustainability.
You will be a qualified, commercially focused finance professional with a wealth of strategic experience gained within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Alongside an inspirational leadership style, you will also bring excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with a range of funding mechanisms and effective project management skills. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, to solve complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
