Description
As the Global Alliance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Take responsibility for existing system integrator partner network
- Develop partner framework to improve partner engagement
- Support partners with customer opportunities
- Recruit and develop alliance team to support future growth of partner network
- Work towards agreed sales revenue targets, demonstrating growth within the partner network and ensuring contract renewals are maintained
- Work internally to develop strategic and marketing plans to ensure partner and revenue growth
Profile
As the successful Global Alliance Director, you will:
- A proven track record within a partner role, ideally a software organisation
- Strong knowledge of the system integrator space is required
- Ideally experience of building a partner program from the ground up and executing the strategy
- Background within partners of selling solutions such as consulting and implementation
- Strong presentations, communication and negotiation skills
- A demonstrable background of selling into C-suite level and managing complex, high value revenue opportunities
