My Client is a high growth, highly profitable Private Equity backed distribution and logistics business based in the Midlands looking to hire a UK Finance Director. Reporting to the European CFO with a dotted line to the local Managing Director we are seeking an experienced finance leader to join the leadership team to drive growth, support on M&A activity, change and business performance.

The role has 2 direct reports, the Financial Controller and FP&A Manager, with teams beneath those roles.

Key areas of responsibility include business partnering with the local management team, driving the use of data to help make business decisions, improving reporting and forecasting processes and developing people.

The role has full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA and have significant leadership experience and exceptional commercial skills. Please apply for further information.
