Head of Sales Operations (m/f) Location: London

Your tasks:
- Establish/optimize processes and adopt industry best practices.
- Lead an sales organization to overachieve assigned targets.
- Prioritize campaigns/sources Identify most promising lead sources.
- Ensure team members are properly trained - provide continuous coaching.
- Motivate team to reach daily expected productivity targets.
- Build stronger ties between partners.
- Conduct employee orientation and performance reviews.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment on programs and initiatives
Your profile:
- Previous experience leading a sales organization or sales development team.
- University degree in business or related field.
- Organized with an ability to approach issues methodically.
- Experience in working with a CRM
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Fluency in English
- Solid work ethic Strong sense of integrity and professionalism
