My client are looking for a leader who wants the challenge of building a top Technical team with a blend of Development, R&D, Design etc. This will include responsibilities of a successful launch, the ability to create Road Maps, define and drive strategy and keep all internal teams focused on consistent development and delivery. As well as originating from a Software Development background, you have to be a strong leader and mentor and have the confidence to build and grow a startup function from the ground up.
