To support the ongoing successes and development across the Group, we are now seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to join the main governing board.

As part of an active Board, you will set the strategic tone and direction, to ensure the highest levels of governance and probity are in place to innovate, support growth and enhance the quality of provision. Importantly you must provide appropriate challenge to the executive team, articulate the strategic vision with accountability for safeguarding the assets of the organisation for generations to come. As such you will be accountable to the Group’s learners, customers, key stakeholders and the diverse communities served by the Group, whilst taking forward its visions.

We are seeking to identify experienced professionals drawn from the complex communities the Group serves, with an employer’s knowledge and appreciation of the wider education and skills sectors. You must have a working knowledge of the region and be sympathetic to the values of the organisation, with the commitment to ensure the Group achieves its ambitious agenda in today’s challenging and ever-changing Education landscape.
