We are currently working on behalf of one of the UK's leading major contractors, who operate across all sectors of the built environment.

With a healthy turnover and pretty impressive pipeline of work 2021 look like to be in a good position all things considered. Fawkes and Reece are assisting in their search for a Project Director with extensive experience in the Major Projects. This being projects in excess of £100m and importantly the Project Director will have played a key part in both the Bid Team and work winning and also been the Number One project lead from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and committed to delivering the highest level of quality. Being able to build and lead a professional team, able to head a project as a business unit head with a close eye on commercial aspects, and the drive for the highest levels of safety, quality, and planning ahead to ensure programme.

The project in question will be a mixed-use scheme consisting of various levels of residential from social/affordable housing through to luxury apartments and commercial/leisure space.
