We are very excited to be working with one of the fastest-growing FinTechs. With HQ in the UK and a global presence, they are looking for a talented fintech lawyer to build and lead the Legal & Compliance function.

You will be part of the Executive Management team and provide advice to the Founders and other stakeholders on all corporate, commercial, litigation, and Board/Governance matters, as well as draft, review and implement policies, processes, and procedures.

You will build upon the existing compliance framework and proactively identify and manage risk. You will also headline the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and precedent bank/playbook building.

You will have excellent academic and professional pedigree, exceptional communication skills, and experience working for/in start-up environments in the fintech/tech/financial services areas. An "intrapreneurial" mindset, a practical 'hands-on' approach along with a passion for innovation in the corporate landscape, financial services, and technology are essential.
