Role: Head of Diversity and Inclusion
Client: Peabody
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000
Location: London (Flexible working 2-3 days a week from home)

As such Peabody are looking to recruit the newly created role of Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
As Head of Diversity and Inclusion you will review Peabody’s current practices, frameworks and policies throughout the organisation, identifying areas of priority and gaps that need addressing. Your ability to effectively challenge their current ways of working, culture, behaviours and attitudes to make way for innovative and new ideas, will be key in this role.
The ideal person will be an inspirational and proven diversity and inclusion expert with experience in designing, developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies by creating a clear vision to actively promote Diversity and Inclusion amongst employees and external partners. You will also be a natural networker and collaborator and be a skilled influencer with significant experience in driving change. You will be able to listen to and give voice to emergent issues of diversity and inclusion, building consensus and galvanising others to drive change, through engaged discussion and active listening.
