Chief Financial Officer - £150,000 - £180,000

Clemence Rogers are working on a retained basis to recruit a CFO for large business in the rental sector.

A really exciting opportunity for someone who really wants to be vital with the establishing a presence in the UK and growing the company into a financial powerhouse in the rental sector. Working as the Chief Financial Officer, you will be reporting directly to the board and helping prepare the company to go public in the future.

Reporting to the CEO of this profitable business and working as part of the main Board you will be responsible for setting and driving the strategy of this business through a combination of organic growth and carefully planned activity.

You will also shape and lead a capable finance team in the delivery of cutting edge and commercially relevant financial data as well as being the main point of contact for external stakeholders.

A degree educated qualified accountant, you will have as a minimum have been CFO of a business backed by private equity or a high net worth individual and have also led a company divestment that was positive for stakeholders.

Bring analysis and insight into our market and ensure the group has a robust mechanism for assessing our current market position and competitor analysis and use this to drive strategic decisions that ensure we can capture market share

Working with senior management on long-term business and financial planning

The ability to strategically source, identify and deliver new investment to fuel the future growth of the organisation while strategically positioning for the future.
