A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Programme Manager with extensive Workday experience (5+ years) to join them on a long term, rolling contract in Surrey. The role requires experience of Technology Transformations, particularly with Workday on a global scale.

Essential Requirements:

• Programme Management experience in a global Financial Services organisaiton

• Extensive experience of a Workday Change Programme (5 years + in a Project/Programme Management capacity)

• Proven track record in successful delivery of projects and programmes of scale

• Excellent experience delivering change from a Technology function and standpoint

• Very strong global and cross border Stakeholder Management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
