The client is looking for a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a new strategic program on Crisis Tools. This program regroups a number of existing projects, supplemented with a number of new projects, partly with the recent insights of the Covid-19 crisis. By deploying new technological means, the program must substantially increase the effectiveness and the speed of response of the company in exceptional crisis situations, by having immediate access to pertinent data and communication channels. The intention is to develop a portfolio of basic components, which may or may not be used, depending on the specific circumstances. Respond quickly and effectively and have immediate access to pertinent data & information.

Required skills (must have)

• Proven experience in leading large IT programs (budget greater than 1m Euros)
• Strong and broad ICT knowledge, in particular new technologies
• Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Azure Cloud, Office365, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft ATP protection)
• Good affinity with App development, Enterprise Architecture and high-profile IT security (including cyber defense).
• Strong leadership skills, built up through technical authority and inspiring employee mobilization.
• Innovation-oriented (use of new technologies for modern services)
• Experience in collaboration with external technological partners
• Track record in converting a strategic vision into concrete, feasible projects and the successful completion of these projects

Desired skills (nice to have)

• Experience with functioning (and including budget and tendering procedures) and implementation of large projects
• Experience in crisis management
• Knowledge of ITIL and ISO27000 is a plus

• Program Management/Program Direction [min 5 years] - program management mission
• Project Management [min 10 years] - prerequisite for program management
• Business Consultancy [min 10 years] - ability to understand the business and find solutions that are operational for the business + strategic vision (this is a transversal service to business entities)
• Business/IT strategy [min 5 years]
