Head of Product, Manchester, eCommerce, GBP70,000-GBP95,000 (+/- DOE)

One of Manchester's freshest, most exciting eCommerce organisations are experiencing rapid growth & expansion. A motivated, passionate Head of Product is required to take ownership of a tribe of talented Product Owners and drive them towards the common goal of creating world class experiences & products that threatens anything that had ever been done before.

The Head of Product will remain hands on with one squad, taking full ownership of a greenfield product from design to execution and uptake line management responsibilities for 3 product owners. Alongside the Head of UX, The Head of Product will own the E-commerce journey and be responsible for the success of that space.

To be the successful Head of Product you will have proven E-commerce experience and be able to evidence doing great things in that space either as a HoP, Product Owner or Product Manager. You will be a blue-sky thinker with demonstratable experience understanding customer needs & translating ideas into the development of successful products which delight customers.

You will be able to hit the ground running in a unique, fast-paced agile environment and be able to adapt to changes and deliver quickly. You will have experience leading, motivating, and managing high performing teams, commercially minded and excellent stakeholder management skills.
