Our client, a large biotechnology company is looking for a Head of Finance (Process Improvement) to come on board.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Finance Director and serve as a key member of the Global Business Process and Service Delivery team. You will also be responsible for driving strategy and continuous improvement across the client's business processes and systems in the and Payroll/Oracle-Project-Costing (OPC) domains.

The ideal candidate;

• Experience of delivering large scale finance transformation programs (ideally in a biotech or pharma)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong business and technology acumen; General understanding of business and IT strategy/planning and overall understanding of IT planning and IT project life cycle
