The Business Analyst provides input to the change impact assessment, ensuring that the global solution meets country specific requirements. This will be done through a continuous communication and collaboration with team members on the different streams.

Description

Business Analyst - CRM / Salesforce

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Solution Architect, gathering detailed business requirements and developing user stories.
  • Write and document user stories that are clear, concise and easy-to-understand for the business, while sufficiently comprehensive, structured and technically-oriented to be translated into technical solutions by the development team.
  • Communicate efficiently and work together within a multi-stream programme, fostering the open and collaborative culture and act as a bridge between the different streams.
  • Capture the process impact and functional impact of each sprint, optimising the BA inputs for functional test preparation and execution.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing; providing key inputs to UAT scripts as well as executing part of the UAT.
  • Provide support to end users during UAT sessions.

Profile

Business Analyst - CRM / Salesforce

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst or assuming Business Analysis responsibility as part of his/her role.
  • Experience in the Consultancy sector in a Customer facing role is a plus.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a must have.
  • MS Excel and Visio (or similar tool).
  • Analytical, creative and curious mind
  • Desire to understand why things happen, why processes are set up, and people behaviours
  • Resilience to workload and pressure
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with the business and project teams at all levels and demonstrate excellent facilitation and influencing skills

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency level in English: The right candidate should have the capability to run end-users interviews, participate to meetings and write high quality documentation in English
  • Knowledge of additional language is a plus
