Job Details

An exciting opportunity exists to join our client, a global financial services business, as they look to hire a Head of HR Business Partners on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership role and responsible for creating and delivering the HR strategy for the tech and operations function which will also be aligned with the wider business strategy. 

As the business is going through a transformation, this role will support the Chief Transformation Officer with multiple change activities, whilst also delivering the cyclical process of HR including reward, talent, performance, and success to name a few. 

To be considered for this role is it essential that you will have led complex transformation programmes within either a banking or financial services environment, and have had partnered technology teams. As this role also has line management experience, you will also have led HR Business Partnering teams previously.
