This senior role will appeal to a highly experienced business transformation and change management HR professional with a broad experience in global HR projects. 

Our client is a well-established and recognised leading software solutions business and specialist in the provision of anti-counterfeiting and brand protection software solutions.  Employing c.1,000 colleagues, it operates from multiple locations including business hubs in the USA, UK, and other sales and support offices in the EU and the Far East.  Private equity-owned it is on a steep growth curve with a big change management agenda embracing significant opportunities for cultural and organisational change. 

Reporting to the Vice President HR, this is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting and delivering a significant people transformation programme across the group and the focus of the role will be around cultural and organisational change, developing and implementing agile working practices, and creating and embedding a competency framework. 

You will collaborate significantly with the Senior Leadership Team and HR Business Partners across multiple regions and international locations.  This challenging broad-ranging brief includes corporate strategy implementations, new operating model implementations, and managing the organisational and talent issues associated with mergers and integrations. 

You will also re-design HR processes, provide organisational readiness support, develop recruitment processes for the group, and develop a reputation as a highly respected and trusted business advisor within the company. 

Candidates will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development or similar preferably to Master’s Level. 

You will need to have an impressive track record in delivering business transformation and change management programmes and have clear evidence of success in leading complex global HR projects within significant organisations. 

You will be a qualified HR professional who can work in both a hands-on tactical and strategic way and have excellent project management and prioritisation skills. 

You will also enjoy handling the detail as well as the macro and your career will have been formed in recognised world-class businesses or consultancy environments. 

The salary and benefits package is highly competitive within the marketplace and you will be expected to live within a reasonable commute of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
