Description
A senior role responsible for leading on all activities associated with the property development lifestyle. Having identified strategic sites that reflect the business strategy you will promote them through the planning system, agree designs and appoint contractors, oversee constriction projects and secure long term tenants: Utilising your excellent network of contacts in agency and within occupier organisations.
Profile
You will have considerable experience as a Development Manager and be able to cite numerous examples of successfully developed logistics / manufacturing / commercial schemes in which you were responsible from site identification through to lease or disposal.
