Problem Management Process Lead
Duration: Initial 3 months - with likely extensions up to 9 months. Start required ASAP.
Location: Remote with occasional site visit to Corsham (Nr. Bristol) once COVID restrictions are lifted
Clearance: SC cleared or SC Eligible, must be UK National

We are heading up a project on behalf of a global IT consultancy that require a Problem Management Process Lead to join their team on a major defence project in Corsham.

Role description: 
Our client requires a Problem Management Process Lead to work closely with the customers Problem Management Owner.
We are currently providing a Service Desk function to the client, so the ideal candidate will be involved in the following aspects:
Design and write the process and procedure documents for us as a Service Desk Managed Services provider.
Work with the tooling team to build the process into ServiceNow
Develop and deliver testing for the process
Develop and deliver the process contractual and operational reporting requirements/templates.

Skills Required:
ServiceNow is ideal however other service management tools would be considered

There are other processes and governance activities in the project that the individual may be asked to get involved in, so experience of other elements of the Service Management life cycle would be ideal.
