This role is with a highly successful and significant employer that operates globally and is a market leader in software solutions that are focused on anti-counterfeiting and brand protection solutions. 

The Group employs c.1,000 colleagues across multi-international locations including key business hubs in the USA, UK, EU, and the Far East. 

This role is the HR site-lead for a key business hub that has manufacturing elements, c.150 colleagues, and is in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. 

Reporting is to the USA Regional HR Business Partner and you will lead all HR activities including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and the enforcement of company policies and procedures across the site. 

You will interface significantly with business stakeholders and you will be joining as part of a highly professional HR team within the Group and be given lots of scopes to make an impact on the business. 

You will work as a close partner with the leadership team supporting the cultural and people aspects, make recommendations, and implement solutions using data analytics, trend analysis, and best practice HR tools and techniques. 

You will need to understand the people impact of transformational change and enjoy the challenge of driving improvements in the working practices of high growth, data-driven environment such as this.

You will need a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration and ideally also have a Master’s and come with significant HR generalist and HR operations experience. 

Experience of working in a factory/plant/manufacturing environment is preferred and you will also need professional HR certification. 

You will have a can-do attitude, work at a commercial pace, and have the ability to influence decision making at a senior level.
