Our client is one of the UK’s most popular branded civil/ground engineering contractors with a significant forward order book across residential, highways, public sector, and defence. Due to the implementation of a strategic succession plan and would now like to recruit a Regional
Commercial Director for their Southern Region.
The Role
- A key member of the management team you will head up the Commercial team with the involvement at pre and post contract stages.
- You will focus on minimising risk and exposure managing the interface between colleagues, suppliers, and sub-contractors to preserve defined commercial returns.
The Person
- Ideally MRICS or FRICS, qualified you will have a track record of negotiations and setting claims in a “win-win” style whilst maintaining client confidence and commercial returns.
- An accomplished figure in the industry you will have a diverse background and a thorough understanding of the UK market and client base.
