My client, a leading Stockist/Distributor are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager (B2B/B2C) to support the exceptional trade they have had throughout 2020.

Client Details

My client is a leading Stockist / Distributor based in Sheffield. With a B2B and B2C function, they have had exceptional growth throughout 2020. Recently beginning to trade through Amazon, they are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the distribution function from their flagship site in Sheffield.

Description

  • Report to the Managing Director.
  • Manage a team of 30+ operatives through 3 direct reports across various shifts.
  • Be responsible for inbound, pick and outbound operations.
  • Have full control of the operating budget for headcount.
  • Be responsible for the inventory management through your teams.
  • Full site H&S control.
  • Accountable for people development within the operation.
  • Commutable to Sheffield.

Profile

  • A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background.
  • A significant Logistics management experience (ideally as a Warehouse Manager).
  • Have managed in excess of 40+ staff previously.
  • Experience of both a B2B and B2C environment - ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience of trading through Amazon - Advantageous.
  • IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications - Advantageous.
  • Have experience of LEAN methodologies.
  • Experience on managing budgets up to £500,000 per year.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be results driven.
  • Be commutable to Sheffield.

Job Offer

  • Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000
