A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant professional to join this expanding group. With 5 sites planned for opening and potential growth into the European market this is an exciting project. Their offer is fantastic, and they are very well regarded in the industry - boasting fresh food and a different eating experience.

The Role

This role is centred around making the F&B operation an anchor for guests and a destination location for the public. We are looking for a senior candidate who has a wealth of new openings experience and have worked in a premium, on trend F&B operations and have managed third party and client/stakeholder relationships. Something around the members club or lifestyle would be desirable - but must have strong restaurant experience. This is a fully committed role and someone who is comfortable with travel is essential.

Essential:

• Must have excellent proven experience as a senior operator from the industry with Management of Area Managers / Operations Managers.
• Knowledge/Experience of premium destination/anchor locations
• Working with investment companies
• Fresh food experience essential
• Strong people and numbers focus
• Driven, resilient and a self-starter
• Experience in the London market is essential
